These terms cover your use of CeeVi. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear, ask rather than guess.
What CeeVi does
CeeVi helps you write a resume. It scores what you have written against the rules applicant tracking systems use, suggests stronger wording, and exports the result as a PDF or Word file.
It rewrites only what you have already written. It does not invent figures, employers, job titles or qualifications, and it will not upgrade a claim you made — “helped with” stays “helped with”. What ends up on your resume is your responsibility, and you should read every suggestion before accepting it.
What we do not promise
CeeVi does not promise you a job, an interview, or that any particular employer or applicant tracking system will accept your resume. It follows well-established formatting rules, but hiring decisions are made by people and systems we have no control over.
The AI features can be wrong. They are suggestions, shown to you before anything changes, and you decide what to keep.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for that account and for what happens under it. One account is for one person; do not share it.
We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service — for example, automated use, attempts to get round the usage limits, or anything unlawful.
Free and Premium
The free plan includes the editor, live scoring, exports and 5 AI reviews a day. Premium costs ₵50 and gives unlimited AI reviews and job matching for 30 days.
- Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- An AI review means one request to the AI — rewriting your bullet points, drafting your summary, or reading a CV you upload. The daily count covers all three together.
- Unlimited means what it says, subject to fair use: 100 AI reviews in a day, which is far more than writing resumes takes and is there to stop automated use. If you hit it, it resets at midnight UTC and we will raise it if you ask.
- Nothing renews automatically. You will never be charged again without choosing to pay again.
- Buying again before the 30 days are up adds to the time you have left rather than replacing it.
- When the 30 days end, your account returns to the free plan. Your resume is unaffected.
We may change the price, but never for time you have already paid for.
Refunds
Premium is refundable in full within 7 days of payment, provided you have not used a Premium feature. Once you have run a job match, or gone past the free daily reviews, the period has started and is not refundable.
Your Plan section shows the date the window closes while it is still open, so you do not have to work it out. To ask for one, email hello@cedaret.com before that date.
Everything except job matching is free to try first — including five AI reviews a day — so you can see how the product works before paying for it. None of this affects any rights you have under the law where you live.
Invite codes
An invite code grants the same access a payment does, for the period stated when it was issued. Codes may be limited in number, may expire, and may be withdrawn if they are shared more widely than intended.
Availability
We aim to keep CeeVi running but do not guarantee it will always be available. Features may change or be withdrawn. If a paid feature is unavailable for a meaningful stretch of your 30 days, tell us and we will put it right.
Your resume lives in your browser, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Clearing your browser data deletes it and we have no backup.
Liability
CeeVi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work opportunities. Where we are liable, that liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 30 days.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
