Is CeeVi really free to use and export?
Yes. Writing your resume, running the seven live scoring checks, and exporting to PDF or Word (.docx) are free without watermarks. The Free plan also includes 5 AI reviews every day.
Will the AI invent numbers, job titles, or skills I did not write?
No. The AI only rewrites what is already on your page. If a bullet point needs a concrete figure or outcome to score higher, CeeVi flags the bullet and asks you to supply the number rather than making one up.
Where is my resume stored?
Inside your own browser’s local storage. We do not keep a database of resumes on our servers. Your text only leaves your device when you click an AI feature or upload an existing CV to populate the fields, and it is discarded as soon as that request finishes.
What does Premium include, and is it a recurring subscription?
Premium costs ₵50 for 30 days. It gives you unlimited AI reviews (up to 100 a day under fair use) and the Job Matching tool, which compares your resume against a specific job posting. Nothing renews automatically — when the 30 days end, your account simply returns to the Free plan.
How do I pay for Premium?
Payments are handled securely by Paystack in Ghanaian Cedis (₵). You can pay by bank card (Visa or Mastercard) or mobile money. Your payment credentials go directly to Paystack and never pass through our servers, and Premium access activates as soon as Paystack confirms the payment.
Will applicant tracking systems (ATS) read the exported PDF and Word files properly?
Yes. Both files are built from real, selectable text in a single column with standard section headings. We avoid multi-column tables, sidebars, icons, and text boxes that cause employer parsing software to scramble dates and job titles.
